WALK - INS: 

AS MUCH AS WE WOULD LOVE TO TAKE WALK-INS, WE ARE AN INDEPENDENT STYLIST SALON. THIS MEANS WE ALL HAVE OUR OWN SCHEDULES AND OUR OWN PHONE NUMBERS. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL OUR MAIN LINE AND WE WILL GET YOU IN WITH YOUR STYLIST OR A STYLIST THAT BEST FITS YOUR NEEDS.

PLEASE GIVE 24-HOUR NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS BY CALLING OR TEXTING YOUR STYLIST OR THE SALON.

IN THE EVENT A CLIENT IS MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE, THE APPOINTMENT MAY HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED.

NO SHOW POLICY:

A CLIENT MAY NO SHOW OR LAST MINUTE CANCEL (1 HOUR PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME) THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH OUR SALON 1 TIME. AFTER THAT INITIAL INSTANCE, STUDIO MOXIE WILL REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE IN ORDER TO SCHEDULE FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. IF A CLIENT IS A NO SHOW OR LAST MINUTE CANCEL BEYOND THE 1ST TIME, WE WILL CHARGE 50% OF THE SCHEDULED SERVICE TO THE CARD. IF A CLIENT IS A NO SHOW OR LAST MINUTE CANCEL 3 TIMES, WE WILL RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT THEY BEGIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH ANOTHER SALON COMPANY.

PAYMENT: 

STUDIO MOXIE ACCEPTS ALL CREDIT CARDS (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, AND DEBIT), CASH, OR CHECKS (FROM RETURNING CLIENTS ONLY)

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE UNABLE TO PLACE GRATUITY ON CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS. GRATUITY MAY BE IN THE FORM OF CASH OR CHECK.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE TO ANY CLIENT. INSTANCES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PROCESSES THAT WILL DAMAGE THE HAIR OR ARE UNSAFE TO THE CLIENT OR STYLIST, INFECTIONS OR OPEN WOUNDS ON THE SCALP, HANDS OR FEET, OR HEAD LICE. ALSO, SERVICES MAY BE DENIED TO A CLIENT WITH A POOR ATTITUDE. WE HOPE THAT WOULD NEVER BE A PROBLEM...WHO WOULD HAVE A POOR ATTITUDE WHILE GETTING THEIR HAIR OR NAILS DONE??
